Responsibilities

• Utilize your market knowledge and dealmaking skills to acquire properties.
• Analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Work independently as an independent contractor and take ownership of your results.
• Communicate effectively and negotiate successfully to secure properties.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on a 100% commission basis.
• A drive to succeed and excel in a fast-paced real estate environment.
