Job Description
New Western, a leading real estate investment company, is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate, a keen eye for property potential, and familiarity with real estate terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify off-market and on-market properties for acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and data to make informed investment decisions.
- Negotiate deals and collaborate with sales agents to close transactions.
- Utilize advanced resources and tools provided by New Western to maximize success.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Demonstrated high-performance mindset and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently on a commission basis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
