Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated LPN - Ambulatory Hematology and Oncology to join our team. As an LPN I, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and reliable direct patient care under the direction of a provider or RN.
• Provide technical nursing care to patients in various health conditions.
• Support patients and families with clinical and administrative healthcare services.

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Prior LPN experience preferred but not required.

External candidates may be eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $4,500.
