Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions in New Castle County, DE. Join our team and provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
