Join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home care setting. We offer comprehensive OASIS-E training, a supportive leadership team, and state-of-the-art technology. Our LPNs provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement goal-oriented care plans, and support discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
