Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. You will be responsible for implementing patient-centered care plans and participating in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements
