We are hiring for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE, with varying shifts and weekend/holiday requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Skilled nursing care and treatment for geriatric patients.
- Implementing patient-centered care plans and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types:
Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
