Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans using available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
