Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
