Genesis Healthcare at Pheasant Wood is seeking Per Diem LPNs to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
