Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Crestwood. This position offers competitive pay with shift differentials and recently increased hourly wage. LPNs have the opportunity for tuition assistance and nursing student loan debt repayment.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments based on physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
