Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
