Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to join the Pheasant Wood team. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and a variety of benefits, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and observe conditions.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN license.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
