Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Applewood Center. We offer flexible scheduling for day, evening, and night shifts with competitive new wages. As an LPN with us, you will have the opportunity to provide efficient and effective nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate and monitor patients/residents, reporting changes in condition.
- Assist with nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
