As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring quality care and proper reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Direct the nursing center's Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans following Federal and State regulations.
• Train new team members on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items.

Requirements

• LPN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in healthcare facilities.
• Proficiency in general nursing practices and regulations.
• Computer skills including Windows applications.
• AccuMed experience preferred.
• Experience as an MDS Coordinator is a plus.
• Current BLS/CPR certificate required.
