LPN - Tuition Assistance
We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Keene Center. As an LPN with Genesis Health, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality healthcare to our patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
