Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
