As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
