Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Assist with nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification, as required.
