Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their dedicated team. As an LPN with Genesis, you will have the opportunity to impact patients' lives daily and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and residents.
Position Highlights
- Provide high-quality nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
