Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking enthusiastic LPNs to join our team at Applewood Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
