As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification, if required.
