Job Description
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients/residents. LPNs play a vital role in assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and supervising care provided by unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as an LPN or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
