Job Description

We are looking for a Management (TW) in North Pinellas County, FL, to join our team at Domino's. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $14.50 to $17.50 per hour, and is bonus eligible with weekly pay and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership of tasks and assignments for the team.
• Manage day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Develop more managers by setting an example and mentoring the team.
• Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures within the store.
• Encourage and recruit team members, while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operational tasks and ability to train others.
• Operate all equipment within the store.
• Stock ingredients, prepare products, and process orders accurately and quickly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

This role requires strong communication, mathematical, and organizational skills alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
