Job Description
We are looking for a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations in the Oncology sector to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position involves delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The role includes responsibilities such as field target planning, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, data solutions, and incentive compensation management.
Responsibilities
- Support field strategies for the Oncology team, including customer targeting and segments.
- Design and implement customer call planning tools and evaluate field force productivity.
- Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis through data platforms and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and support multiple projects effectively.
- Provide detailed communication of incentive compensation plans to field-based teams and sales leadership.
- Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics and technology capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
- Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms like Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

- Market competitive salary range: $108,000-$162,000.
