Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: JAZZ) is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to innovate in transforming the lives of patients and their families. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting digital systems/technologies for Global Clinical Development Operations and R&D functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in clinical trials, technology, and analytics, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the design, production, and delivery of digital systems for GCDO to optimize operational excellence and data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and manage technology solutions.
- Identify and recommend new technologies relevant to GCDO and support implementation needs.
- Independently lead projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.
- Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions to optimize trial performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in clinical trials and technology applications.
- Proficiency in clinical digital systems/analytics, including Microsoft applications, CTMS, EDC, IRT, and more.
- Strong project management, training, and mentoring capabilities.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and programming tools like Tableau, SQL, SAS, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical technology within pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
Education and Licenses
- BA/BS in scientific/healthcare/technology field.
- Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standards for clinical trial data management.
- Familiarity with FDA Guidance Documents and 21 C.F.R. Part 11.
