Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for managing your own store effectively. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational strategies, and developing your team's skills while upholding company values.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement company strategy and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store presentation and product quality standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide training.
• Manage budget targets and optimize store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• At least 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is desirable.
