Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of running your own store. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational plans while nurturing and developing your team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate core company values and competencies while overseeing team performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and maintain product quality.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and training programs for store personnel.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous retail and management experience preferred.
