Job Description
As a Manager in Training at Aldi, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for leading your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring top performance, managing staffing needs and schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring your team.

Salary
Starting wage: $26.25 per hour. Potential earnings in the first year: Up to $98,500 (including salary and bonus, location-dependent).
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations for exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and uphold company values and teamwork among employees.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions.
- Maintain store quality and product freshness.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct store meetings and provide training opportunities.
Requirements
- 18 years or older, High School Diploma preferred.
- 3+ years of retail experience, management experience a plus.
- Ability to lead, provide excellent customer service, and follow company policies.
- Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Travel may be required within divisional guidelines.
