Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi, where you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of running a store. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while nurturing and developing the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $119,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and customer service standards
• Implement company strategy and core values to foster teamwork
• Handle customer issues with care and resolve effectively
• Maintain store appearance and product quality
• Participate in hiring and training of store personnel
• Manage schedules, job responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Conduct store meetings and provide feedback for improvement

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret company policies and drive performance
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred
