Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. This full-time role involves training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership position within our organization. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company values to create a positive team environment.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution.
• Maintain store standards and product quality.
• Participate in hiring and scheduling processes.
• Develop and mentor team members for performance improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to travel for training within divisional requirements.
