Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management, preparing you to lead your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies. This role also involves mentoring and developing the team to achieve store success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Key Duties

• Lead and supervise store operations to maintain exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Ensure store signage and product quality standards are met.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage employee schedules.
• Identify training opportunities and conduct performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of company policies and management principles.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
