Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and mentoring team members.

  • Handle inventory management and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and implementing company policies.
  • Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
