Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants to join our team. In this full-time position, you will support various clinics across our campuses and provide essential clinical and clerical assistance to ensure the smooth flow of patient care.
Current Clinics:
- Clinical Neurophysiology - Main Campus
- Rheumatology Pulmonary - Main Campus
- Hematology Oncology - Main Campus
- Dermatology - Main Campus
- Urology - Main Campus
- Surgery and GI - Main Campus
- Cardiology - Tilley Drive South Burlington
External candidates are eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $2,000 gross.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily clinical activities and patient flow.
- Provide clerical and clinical support under provider's direction.
- Execute basic and some advanced clinical tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum one year of direct patient care experience.
