Responsibilities
- Enforce sectional and departmental policies for efficient operations.
- Manage supply purchases, staff scheduling, training, and competency evaluation.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving guidance.
- Develop and update policy manuals and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate and support technical staff performance and goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MT/MLT certification from ASCP required.
- 5-7 years of experience in a hospital lab setting.
