Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Neurology Account Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals in Omaha. As part of our mission to transform the lives of patients with unmet needs, you will play a crucial role in building partnerships with key stakeholders, executing promotional activities, and driving corporate strategies. This position requires a high level of clinical aptitude, empathy, and the ability to adapt to ambiguity while delivering innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key sales enablers.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, KOL's, and epilepsy centers.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Epidiolex and the competitive marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives.
- Analyze data to develop strategic business plans and manage budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited University.
- Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong analytical and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Travel
- Ability to travel up to 40% covering large geographic areas.
- Attend regional and national meetings, conferences, and advocacy events.
