Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of residents' health status.
- Ensure residents' confidentiality and privacy.
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding residents' conditions.
- Assist in medication management and ordering processes.
- Monitor medication deliveries and address any discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
- Active LPN/RN license in the state.
- Compassion and willingness to work with the elderly.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to attend monthly in-service training sessions.
- CPR certification required.
- Passing a background check is mandatory for employment.
