Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Pittsburgh Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and urgent care services to residents, collaborating with other medical providers to deliver high-quality healthcare and compassion.
Position Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the Center Leadership Team, Medical Director, and Attending Physician to ensure center-specific goals and patient care. The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse with a Master's Degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Concentration and specialty track in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations.
- APRN license with DEA where applicable.
