We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at One Medical. Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a variety of healthcare needs.
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, and through tele-health appointments.
• Participate in continuous learning and collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
• State license in New York by the start date.
• Passion for human-centered primary care and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care and a commitment to improving healthcare delivery.
