Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks an experienced Oncology Business Manager to drive business strategies and establish key relationships within health systems and community oncology practices in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and in-depth knowledge of healthcare ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans focusing on access to Jazz Oncology products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve Oncology brand objectives.
  • Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts and maximize resources.
  • Educate accounts on distribution, access issues, and patient support services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems or Group Purchasing Organizations.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement models, hospital ecosystems, and healthcare relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
