Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI’s National Services & divisional offices. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations through effective communication, administrative tasks, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Communicate relevant information to support Director Operations and District Managers.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Process operational customer complaints promptly.
- Provide administrative and office support to various teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
