Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI’s National Services & divisional offices. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations through effective communication, administrative tasks, and customer service. Responsibilities

  • Communicate relevant information to support Director Operations and District Managers.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Process operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative and office support to various teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
