Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of the ABF Freight family - an ArcBest company, you will play a critical role in overseeing the efficient and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources to ensure timely and safe freight operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet loading/unloading schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Uphold safe handling and storage practices for hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation and supervisory roles a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
