Position: Operations Supervisor I

Location: Denver, CO

ArcBest II ABF Freight, one of the country's largest and most trusted LTL carriers, is seeking an Operations Supervisor I to join their expanding team. As part of this role, you will plan, supervise, and control available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts. You will also maintain appropriate load plans, assign job tasks, provide training, and ensure a clean, safe working environment for all personnel. Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control freight loading/unloading activities.
• Maintain proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performances.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment for all personnel.
• Foster safe handling, loading, and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Service Center, transportation, and/or related experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight, imports, exports, and proper handling techniques.
