General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and manage available resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks and coordinate work schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment, emphasizing safety protocols.
• Foster safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation industry, with supervisory experience being a plus.
