Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to supervisors.
• Uphold document and data security within your area of responsibility.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Provide feedback on products to management, conduct inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely.

Physical Demands:

• Regular tasks include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and walking around the store.
• Stocker-specific tasks may include stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds at varying heights.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Capacity to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
