Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join the ALDI team and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Operate cash registers, clean the store, and stock merchandise neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Follow inventory guidelines, monitor accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
• Rotate and stock products to ensure freshness.
• Create attractive merchandise displays following planograms.
• Operate equipment safely, following procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus, but a combination of education and experience equivalent will be considered.
