Key Responsibilities
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with the direct leader.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Stocker Duties: Stock and rotate merchandise, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely.
Cashier Duties: Process purchases accurately, uphold store policies, and handle transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Retail experience is a plus but not required.
