We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Whether you are handling customer purchases, stocking shelves, or assisting with curbside orders, you will be a vital member of our retail team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and monitor inventory.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create merchandised displays.
• Operate machinery following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
