Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, and ensuring our stores are well-maintained.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with direct leaders.

• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.

• Cashiers: Process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and adhere to cash policies.

• Stockers: Ensure shelves are properly stocked, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
