We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a cashier, you will process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, provide feedback, and handle cash transactions efficiently. As a stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked, rotate products, create appealing displays, and operate machinery safely. You may be required to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking around the store.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older, have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in a team, manage time effectively, and be familiar with retail operations. Specific requirements for cashiers and stockers include handling cash transactions accurately, stocking merchandise, and operating equipment safely.

Education and Experience

Preferably, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail experience. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.
